Hey guys, I try to apply the 4K UHD to my Xbox one s and when I apply this resolution I see a signal lost from my tv and after that Something went wrong notification from Xbox. I use an ultra high speed HDMI connected to my 2.1 HDMI port. I have applied the best setting for my HDMI port through my tv settings in order to support 4k. At 4k details everything is checked with a green check mark. My tv: Sony LED KD55X75WL. Please help out, thank you!

Xbox 1s does not have a hdmi 2.1 port. Only series consoles have a hdmi 2.1 port
4k is only for movies and such on 1s not games
I have used the HDMI that comes with the console and I have the same issue. If I plug the HDMI into an non 2.1 port will it be fixed?
