Recently, I’ve taken my Xbox 360 out of storage and decided to try playing it once again. Everything works perfectly normal except when I tried to download GTA 4, where it just said download again. Once I clicked download again, it sent me to a blank confirmation screen that closed after opening, and now I have no way to install it because I didn’t have it on disc.

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Do you own the game digitially or did you only own the game on disc?

I believe I had it through games with gold
I only have the dlc on disc
It’s also doing the same thing with games I own digitally

For me sometimes that payment confirmation window will appear for games I’ve already bought but backing out and pressing on it again usually works
While the store is still up you could also search there and see if you can download gta4 instead of the download list
