#GTA5 download issue

hello im trying to download GTA5 on my xbox one, it says its downloading but it stay at 63.9% and disk: 5.08 GB of 38,12GB, if anyone got any ideas i would be greatful

cancel the failed download
Restart your Xbox
Go offline in network settings
Install the disc offline
once installied go online and finish installing any updates.

Follow the steps I advised install the game offline

So either the disc is damaged or the console disc drive is failing. Try reinstalling a other disc to see if that workes or try that disc on a other console offline

disk probably isnt because it doesnt have any scratches so i dont know

i tried different game i have on disk and it automaticly opened game

Or just install using the xbox app, disc has always been a bit odd

The xbox app allows for installing games you don’t own for preloading before you buy it

I’ve done that with many of my discs

so like i would preload it on my xbox and then i would put a disk in and it will load the game normally?

Just because you can't see any scratches doesn't mean the disc isn't damaged. But yes you can also use the Xbox app on mobile

You need the disc in the console to start the game to show you own it. But you don't need the disc to download the game using the app that's the whole point
