For context I play warframe which has a small looking for group community and there is this user CrowNamedCaw who is known by everyone to just stay away from. Which I have and haven't even spoken to him in a party. One time I joined someone's party and he was in there and I left instantly because of him. Then he messages me ranting about nonsense I can post the messages if that helps. But anyway I don't talk to him at all but after that he has a problem with me and starts messaging me about my in game clan and I ignore the messages. Well today I post a lfg that say Chilling recruiting for clan still midnight and he gets me suspended for a day. Then starts messaging me to taunt me saying he did it. He has done this to 2 other people that are recruiting for our clan and we don't know how or why. I have tried to get in contact with xbox but I can't. He shouldn't be allowed to bully people out of playing the game with others. How do I go about resolving this?

Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
If he has done something to violate good behavior report the message.
Them block him.
Them move on.
Yeah you are right I'm more or less just upset right now and that probably is the best option
I'm still going to keep looking for routes to talk to a Microsoft employee that can look at messages and reports and what not because having the ability to suspend people and using it to bully people isn't okay
Reporting the messages is your only option. You can’t talk to the enforcement team directly.
