#My wish list is deleted

Hello! A few weeks ago I was presented with the aforementioned problem and I thought that perhaps they were NETWORK problems but that was not the case since even from the official Xbox page everything has been eliminated.

I have an Xbox Series S and two accounts linked to it, since I acquired it and in both accounts the wish list is deleted and even though it includes games it continues to be deleted from one moment to the next, I have not found a solution or clarification for this. Why is it due and I fear that it is some security problem with my account or something else and the last thing I want is for it to be a bad sign.

I appreciate any help or clarification you can give me, thank you so much for reading!

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

I keep updating the page and refreshing the list on the console itself and it is the same situation in all of them "Xbox wish list

Yes, many people across Reddit and Twitter and even here have mentioned this bug. The only thing you can do is wait for Microsoft to do something.

If you wanted to submit feedback from your console then they’d get more logs..l dunno if they need them or not but it wouldn’t hurt anything

So it works now, but you have to re-add all your games manually…. Wonderful….
