I want to play games on the xbox 360, but my tv is occupied by an xbox one., is it possible to use my laptop (or a pc monitor) instead of a tv?

laptop probably not. Plus it depends what type of 360 connection ur 360 comes with. The older models uses av cables. U may need to buy a converter to hdmi or dp to ur pc monitor

you can get a hdmi capture card and use obs
