Earbuds has no sound when plugged in, but the microphone works

I tried turning my mic volume down

Restarting my Xbox

I even cleaned the headphone plug

It still has no sound at all

If it’s all the way to one side you will only hear one thing

If all the way up you will only hear people in party and nothing else if all the way to the left you will only hear the game
