Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

I'm getting the same thing n plus the Xbox support website is not working
For starters, are you absolutely sure you're actually suspended? There was/is a glitch (I'm not sure if they know about it) that will say you're suspended, but nothing changes.
If you are sure, nobody here can help, as nobody here works for the XBox Enforcement Team.
I really sure I did I restarted my Xbox n still got the message but when I go to the see my suspensions it shows I don't have any active

No. Like I said, the only help is the links you were already given. Afaik, there isn't a direct email for Enforcement to avoid the mass harassment that would likely happen if there was.

why is a xbox discord made if no one can fix something

And customer support can not help with endorsement issues either.
