Hello, hope everyone is in good health. I have an Xbox One X. Since yesterday I've been having this issue of not being able to download any game or update the games that I have. I have a perfect internet connection and all the other services are running perfectly. I've tried soft and hard reset both and yet the problem still exists. I've also tried all the other options to solve this issue but it still doesn't work. Whenever I try to download a game it keeps saying it's installing but it won't progress further at all or show me the size of the game. It'd be really helpful if someone could help me solve this issue.
