Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
What do you mean, your recorder?
But what are you putting the game disc into?
My recorder
It is not opening my game
When you say recorder do you mean your Xbox?
Yes
Which Xbox?
Xbox one S
Does it show you an error message?
What have you tried so far?
Uninstalling the game
Do other discs work?
Have you tried cleaning the disc? Do you have another console you can test the disc on? Have you rebooted the console?
I have tried cleaning but not working. I don't have another console (Only PS5). I have tried rebooting and nothing
So is there anything else you've tried? Because you didn't mention those things when I asked.
I only tried uninstalling, rebooting, cleaning but its still not working
Disc is probably damaged then.
There is only scratches but no cracks
Scratches are damage.
There just little
And i can barely see them
On other dics i have fingerprints, scratches and they work
Okay, but all it takes is a scratch in the wrong place to make a disc non-functional.
You could try taking the disc to a game store they can sometimes buff the scratches out
