The controller as bluetooth to connect to other devices but the console does not have bluetooth.

To the console directly you dont. You can buy an adapter but there not offcailly supported

The use of 3rd party adaptors to connect non-authorized controllers is a violation of the terms of service and we do not support that discussion here Space.

Hence the part about it not been officially supported, There is reasons why someone would want to do so for Accessibility reasons it dpends what device too
