#How to report an achievement bug?

Hello there, I recently went about 100% completing halo wars 1 definitive edition for the Xbox 1, I have 5 achievements left to obtain. One of these achievements is known as “Mr Punctual, unfortunately it seems this achievement is incredibly bugged as upon looking it up I noticed many people having the same issues with the achievement being stuck on 93% completion.

I have attempted for over an hour to find a way to contact Xbox support to find a resolution to this problem, it is very disheartening as I have spent days 100% completing this game and I am now stuck at a dead end, any advice and or help?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

To report an issue on your Xbox console, make sure you have the Xbox Report a Problem app installed. If you don't have it installed, download it from the store. After it's installed, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller and then select Report A Problem. Please provide as much detail as possible in your report.

Sometimes achievements are bugged. It happens. I know that's not what you want to hear, but there are games where I will never get the ones I should.

I get that too, but it’s a wide ranged issue and I was hoping there would be some way to let Xbox support know?

I’d understand completely if it was just me having the problem but a google search shows dozens more with the same exact issue

I don't know of any way, I usually just accept that it happens.

Of course, it’s rather unfortunate though when 7% is the thing standing between a 100% completion and a sour taste in your mouth 🫠

There was a form to report achievements on google but when you click on it, it just redirects you to Xbox.com home page

That's the main site I know for achievement hunters, in a couple of games the forum for the game (inside TA) had what I needed and it was a weird way to fix.

I had not, I was going on Xbox to download the report a problem app when it popped onto my screen

Though I do think the achievement is still bugged as 15 hours is a very long time for something to pop after multiple console resets 😕
