Hi. Today my xbox one ran into an issue where it would not load any apps that connect to the internet, even though my console itself was connected. I tried an ethernet chord and multiple hard resets. I also tried a system reset.
The reset made things even worse. Before, I could at least sign in to my account. Now when I try to sign in, it just gives me a white spinning wheel and eventually sends me back to the start menu.
Microsoft support is absolutely useless - I have tried playing their games all day and have yet to talk to a real person. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
