If so, what results have you seen and tried?

I am using Windows 11 pro
I have a good PC.
I have tried looking it up, deleting and reinstalling the xbox app, restarting thr PC, checked the sea of thieves website,everything is fine. And I searched the channel. Nothing here
I can't help you but I have the same problem like you. Maybe it's just a server problem

I'm facing the same issue right now. Got the same error code in the Xbox App and other games work just fine.
When I cancel it and try it through the Microsoft Store, it tells me that "This app will not work on my device".
Doesn't really make sense since I played this before and my PC definitely is compatible, so I guess it really is a bug on their end and we'll have to report the issue and wait for a fix.
