Ok I woke up and wanted to play my xbox series x, it started off by saying my system was hard wired to my internet which It wasn't and it never has been, I did the troubleshooting by unplugging the console and taking out the hard drive, I started it back up and plugged the hard-drive in and it gave me the internet back, now it's not letting me sign into my account and when I do sign into my account none of my online games work it says my servers are down but my internet is working just fine on my phone
