So my Xbox has been working great for a about a year now and one day I tried to get on and it didn’t recognize my internet like it won’t even show it when i try to connect to it and I’ve tried troubleshooting it and like putting in new MAC addresses and at this point I’ll try anything and if I try to reset my console like a soft reset it say to connect to network of ima loss all my games and stuff so please help I’ve been trying for days now
