If its saying its a child account then this is why. Do note that its possible to have a child account with privacy settings set to adult settings. However child accounts are limited with certain features such as custom pfp.

How do I change it than I went into Xbox privacy and change it in there is there something else I need to change and if you know that would help

you cant change it goes of the dob that was entered when the account was created. If your over 18 and its your account then you can contact support with prove of age, Otherwise it is correct

Ok so I need to message Xbox and send proof on the website or something
