Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Have you followed the instructions?
@stoic socket Change your settings to play
You can't play with content created by other players because of how your account is set up. Go to your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com to change this.
What is the change
look at your privacy / safety settings and see which things are restricted
if you're a child (<18) you'll need to have your parent/legal gaurdian help becuase they may have parental controls set up
Okay thx
What should i do now
figure out which ones are restricted and change them.
or work with your parent to see what child controls they have set up
I didn't understand any of it
But I set the age when I created my account as 23. I also did not set any parental control programs
are you 23?
yes
then you'll need to contact support to figure out why you don't have access to the safety settings
Why did this appear at all?
idk
When I created an account, I did not open it, but when I opened it now, this appeared
i'm not really sure what exactly the problem is but it seems like multiple things are going on and you're not able to access your safety settings so you probably should contact support
Where do I contact support?
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly. https://support.xbox.com/
This did nothing for me
there is zero chance that you were able to get ahold of someone from support, work on the issue, and get hung up on in the past 5 minutes.
