Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Xbox supports a maximum of 120hz. And not all games support that.
Hz is a unit of frequency, 30Hz bass is as correct as 120Hz refresh rate is
Anyone who is telling you that they are connected to a 240 hz monitor and getting 240 hz refresh rate from their xbox is confused.
240 hz monitors are going to support the slower modes (like 144, 120, 60, etc). So these people have conneected to the monitor but hte monitor is slowing down to what the Xbox can support
Nah
It sed 240 fps on xbox u little boi
there is no such thing as a "htz", it is a hertz
It seems we fell trap for a troll 😆
a hertz is a measure of speed (or frequency as Axolotl more correctly identifies)
