Most likely u have to clean ur Xbox out or it’s the internet but be on a safe side and clean it

You do not need to "clean your xbox" to improve your download speeds.

  1. if you use a webbrowser to use speedtest.net or fast.com what results do you get

  2. what do you mean "download speed is slow"?

Shut down the xbox, and hold down the power button and synk button for about 10 seconds, once it turns on, itll ask u if u want to clean up any unneeded files
