When ever I log in to my Xbox account and type in my password it goes to a gray spinning load wheel and pulls up the Microsoft edge mouse for a second or two and repeats the spinning wheel and Microsoft edge mouse thing 4 to 6 times then brings me to a white screen and I have tried restarting my Xbox, (not hard reset), trying on a different Xbox, looking in forums, trying to talk to a Cbox official chat bot but didn’t help with anything. Just looking for someone to help with this issue. Thanks for any help you can give!
