Hey all! I've asked several official support representatives for XBOX, and my answers were "Factory reset your entire PC" or "Go to Windows support" so I'm coming here.
#XBOX App Size Incorrect - Shows varying size instead of actual size

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

I'm running the XBOX APP on PC. Since we can't send links or images here, I cannot show the issue directly, but when I start a download for Ark, specifically Ark Survival Evolved, it does a very peculiar, and VERY irritating thing;
- Started download
- Download reads like this;
ARK: Survival Evolved [empty download bar]
171.5GB Downloading 0% | 0B of 1.9GB | 0 B/S
Over time, that 1.9GB variable slowly goes up. Slowly. Very, very slowly. It took me 10 hours to get to 100GB before a customer service represantative told me to reset the app, where I lost all of my progress and had to restart.
I've done all of the "generic" testing and fixing. Disk scans. SfcSCANNOW. Resetting. Reinstalling. Logging out and back in. Turning internet on and off. Everything except factory resetting.
