Hello i bought xbox 20 euro giftcard i live in lithuania i bought key for europe and i redeemed it when i go to buy section there is no balance option to pay through so what to do i cant buy anything there is no region like lithuania so i selected france or spain or germany still no option for balance

Lithuania does have limited support. PC Game pass and xbox games. So I don't know what issue you're encountering, but only official support can help with payment/account problems.

I don’t think there’s a general Europe gift card. You may have bought a gift card for a different country. But official support can tell you more about your account.

You shouldn't buy anything from eneba. They're shady af and sell stolen codes, trial codes and codes bought with stolen credit cards. You risk having your account banned if you buy things from them, because of these reasons.
