So when I tried signing into my account it wants a verification code, the problem is that I don’t have access to my email or phone number on my Xbox because they’re very old and I don’t have access to them anymore. I tried recovering my account on the website it told me to go to but all it said was “unfortunately we don’t think this is you”. I can’t sign into my account and I can’t get the verification code, what do I do in this situation?

If you don't have access to hte email or phone number on your microsoft account, that's going to be a problem.
you either need to remember your email password so you can get the code, or you need to use the account recovery options to regain access to the account without having access to your email so you can change the email

What sucks is I can’t do that second one. I’ve tried many times and all it does is say that they don’t think it’s me trying to recover it
