When i join a disocrd vc on my xbox it has the little muted icon next to my name and i dont come up on the overlay when im talking, but my friends can hear me. when i click on my name it says unmute, but when i press it, it still says unmute and actually mutes me. if that makes sense. when you go to the vc on xbox and on the right it says mute or unmute and to press Y or whatever it is, it says mute like normal. i restarted me xbox and everything, how do i fix it?

@unkempt dirge sorry i didnt get this message until now. the only thing that fixed it for me was when i switched discord accounts. i connected my new one and it didnt say i was muted anymore. the same thing happened for my brother but it was the other way around. it was working just fine, but when he connected a new discord account it said he was muted all the time. very weird

If people can hear you, you're not muted. It is likely just a visual glitch.
