#Fo you think I will get a refund ?

I bought Tekken 8 on saturday which is mow 5 days ago.

I mentioned that i want a refund due to the fact that the game is freezing a lot.

(Lot of feedback about it all over internet).

Policy is 14 days after no refund.

The problem is that I did the campaign and did some customisation to chech around hoping the freezes will stop but didn't which led to mu frustration and so forth, a demand for a refund.

Do you think that I will have a refund or no ?

You might get initially denied, because if it's digital, their policy also says they won't refund consumed digital products. If that happens, just reply to the email that says you were denied and explain the situation and they should honor your request.

Just keep in mind that this isn't a guarantee.. they have every right to deny you for any reason, but it's been my experience that they honor my request after I explain what's happening via the email denying my refund request.

Just reply to them and it will send to the right email. I don't know the actual email address.

If you have more than 2 hours of playtime then it's most likely going to be denied.

If you've gone through the full campaign that is far more playtime than would be accepted for a refund. If you had such severe issues that affected your gameplay you wouldn't have played that much.

Okay, but that doesn't change the fact that if you have a lot of playtime and you've made significant progress and unlocked achievements, your chances of a refund are practically zero. Unless the publisher makes an arrangement with Xbox to allow refunds, like what happened with Cyberpunk.

it doesn't matter how many hours other people have. 29h in five days is a LOT.

By refund standards it is and that's what counts here. Not people who spend all day playing video games.
