#Running Quake 1 on Xbox messed up my colours

I was playing Quake then I had saved my game and had got out of Quake. When I say I got out of Quake I don't mean I closed the application I just when to the Xbox Series X home screen. After that I closed the my tv, not the Xbox the tv. The moment I turned the tv back on these weird colours were shown. I have restarted the Xbox Series X and even deleted Quake but manage to still have this problem. Does anybody have any solutions?
