whenever i redeem the code it says Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code.

What kind of code and from where

That error generally means one of 2 things:

  • You've already had Game Pass on your account previously, because of this trial codes won't work
  • You're not in a supported region to redeem that particular code

What region are you in and what kind of Game Pass code are you trying to redeem?

If u ever had game pass or in a region that does not support pc game pass then u wont be eligible for it
