disc driver not reading all my games that used to work before

Series x isn't reading certain disc's anymore

I had this problem with MW2 last year and a 4K disc but other then that. My console has worked perfect.

Recently I bought No place like home on disc through Amazon and went to install it earlier. It won't even read, similar to MW2. I ejected it and put it in over 20 times and it failed to read the disc. I later tried PGA 2K21 (random xbox one disc) which I played before 2 years ago countless hours and it failed to read too.

I also noticed a weird icon on all my disc games that popped up while I was trying to install these specific games.

I'm very frustrated. I've tried factory resetting, inserting the disc half way and energy saving mode. I'm completely lost.

Have you tried one of these discs in a friend's xbox?

Don't have any that have xsx. The discs are in perfect condition and Brand new

Well the two things that must be checked are:

1. do any other discs work in your xbox
2. do these specific discs work in a different xbox

The answers to those 2 questions will tell you exactly what's broken

1. other discs work but not a lot and it's random. More discs are not working than working

Yes I'm going too or I will purchase a new console. Nothing is wrong with any of the discs. This is a launch console as well and have read of many similar issues
