Hey so I have a quick question to anyone who could help me. I can’t seem to access my DLC map packs when I try to play offline with no internet on my Xbox Series X on the games I mentioned above. I bought them on my account and have them downloaded and installed on my Xbox as well. Only thing is I have my friends profile on my Xbox and his profile is the “Home Xbox” as we are game sharing and he has the pass I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated!

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

If you bought them on your account but are playing on a console that is not your home console, yes, they will not work offline, by design
Home console specifically is what gives offline access to only one device. DLC are digital entitlements. Stop being cheap and deliberately rip off Xbox by breaking the terms of service by game sharing outside of your house and you won’t have that problem.
