The only reason why I’m bringing this here is because I can’t contact Microsoft support but here recently my Xbox account got permanently banned and when I go to enforcement it dosnt show a reason maybe like 3 or 4 days ago I was playing with my friend for a couple of hours on Roblox. Then I had gotten off because I went to go eat with my grandparents for about a hour or two and I came back to my account being perma banned and there is no reasoning under the enforcement what I haven’t done anything wrong that ik of I only play with irls and stay away from random people so idk what this could’ve cause what Ik here recently people are saying there is a mod menu going around where people can have bots spam report your account and get it banned and idk if that’s what happened or not due to the fact that there is no reasoning it just makes me mad because I have had this account from when I was maybe like 11 years old and there was a lot of money put into this account to from me I tried contacting Microsoft support but I can’t due to the fact my account is banned they cut you off if you’re banned from contacting them

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

Nobody here is able to assist with Enforcement actions. Follow the link provided in the Enforcement message or at https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-strike-system-faq for more information or assistance, including information on how to submit a case review.

And no, the whole thing that went around about a mod menu to ban other people's accounts was false.

All permanent bans are manually reviewed. All you can do is attempt to request an appeal via the enforcement.xbox.com (if that is an option listed)

Just like was said in general, if there was an email address to contact them, it would be flooded with people harassing them
