Hello everybody
I have a question about an emblem, in particular the Xbox Live gold emblem, as I am almost certain that I did not receive it, as I completed all the requirements to receive it, such as: having subscribed to the game pass before the end of the Live gold.
I would like to know if this was an error or not, if anyone has an answer I would be very grateful, thank you for your attention.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
Please list everything you have attempted.
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

you might needed to have subscribed by a specific date and kept it active until the rename?
either way, no one heree is going to be able to apply the badge for you unfortunateley

Not everyone has it yet. Many of my friends including myself don't yet. I have had gold non stop for 10+ years
