Hi everyone, few days ago I bought an Xbox Series controller to use it on my PC. I connect the controller via bluetooth through the TP Link UB500 bluetooth dongle. Everything seems to be fine until it just randomly turn itself off while I'm playing any game.
Sometime it would turn off and I have turn it back on, wait for it to pair with my PC for a few seconds, and this would repeat several more times, each time last a few minutes until I have to do the whole thing again, but then sometime it would goes on for hours without any issue whatsoever.
I have updated the controller firmware, my bluetooth driver, turn off power management and such. The battery pack is the xbox battery rechargable one, and they are also brand new. I'm on Windows 11, everything is up-to-date
I have no idea what is causing this, so I hope I can find some answers here.
