#trying to back up my Xbox captures without deleting whats on my hdd

I'm trying to back up my captures onto my hdd and it's giving me two options "use for media" and "use for games"
I want to make sure that If I press use for media I can back up my captures without deleting anything on the hdd (it has a lot of important stuff and I'm not very tech ititerate)

you want to format it for media and then set that drive to the internal capture location. I not sure about past clips though you may need to download those using a PC

I personally just using one drive.
