i made a clean install of windows 11, through media creation tool, which means it is like out-of-the-box new with a clean hard disk. Now, I installed Xbox app for signing in and downloading the games, but the app is just stuck on the symbol for a minute or two and then it closes by itself. I have tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. Is there any solution to this? It used to work fine before the OS reset.

Check if your system is up to date. If it is, repair your system by downloading Windows 11 multi-edition ISO. Run the tool to reinstall Windows 11. It might be that your installation encountered a problem during the process of Clean Installation. It happens sometimes.

No need to do another Clean Installation, just do an In-Place Upgrade for Windows 11

That has a video of the process. Make sure to choose your system's display language when you download the ISO file. That is if you want to keep your files and apps.

ok its working now. But i didnt run the upgrade. I just wanted to try a few more things. I uninstalled the xbox app and then downloaded from the store this time. After installing, i clicked on "get updates" in the store library, and it downloaded some "microsoft runtime 2012" or similar apps. I tried opening the xbox app after then, and voila!
