When I try to play cloud gaming it gets very blurry then fixes itself the gets blurry again my internet speed is 106.1 mpbs download and 17.3 mbps upload

You probably have high latency or your speed is really inconsistent.

A tool like Speedtest.net will tell you your latencies and show you how your speed fluctuates over time.

Is there any way to make it more stable that you know of?

If you are using WiFi, switch to using a cable.
Otherwise it is between you and your internet service provider.
