so i have a disc of call of duty black ops 3 and this issues been going for awhile where ive not been able to install it but im on a newer xbox and a diffrent disc that both perfectly work And whenever i put the disc it dosent show up on the homescreen or anything to install backs completely fine no marks other then very light scratches but the main game it self physically just wont install i dont know if its my account or what cause im able to download games like cold war mw3 and bo1 and 2 it seems to be only this game that dosent work at all im on xbox one s
the issue started on my original xbox one i have two discs of bo3 but the one with light brown marks around it for some reason lets the game install then every few seconds itll say installation has stopped and the other disc has no marks but dosent work at all
