#Xbox wont give me any information on why i was permanently banned.

On September 6th, 2023, at 3:24 PM, when I returned home from school, I tried to play Minecraft on my PC but found out that my account had been suspended or banned. When I checked on Xbox Enforcements, it stated that I was banned for violating the Terms Of Service (TOS). However, there were no details available about the violation. I contacted the support team and they initially denied that I was banned, but when I provided proof, they stopped responding. After calling them, they informed me that I needed to buy a new PC to play again, without any explanation for the ban. Unfortunately, I do not find the need for a new PC at the moment and will have to wait for at least 2-3 years so it won't be a waste of a brand new PC.

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
