Hello, i was trying to buy an add on for a game, and i checked my balance and it said i have “10 USD”, but when i go to checkout, it tells me to add payment option. But the problem is.
Both of my currencies are both USD. How would i know which region the 10$ is from?
( i remember someone in a discord was giving out a code so i used it and it worked. Maybe its from the east?

USD is only america, so if you have two different versions of USD on your accout you need to contact official support to figure out what happened.
