So about a year ago almost some kid got into my account and changed everything and then deleted my original email, I’ve tried so many ways to get it back, but could figure it out.
If anyone might or knows away to possibly get the account back please help me get it back.

First of all do you have access to the xbox/microsoft account

Did you perhaps use the same password for both?

Okay so I dont really know how microsoft support deals with this or even if they do, but baseline would be is you would need to prove ownership before that happened, so gather photos, anything really and then just present it as proof

Its not good or bad, it means that the info on the console has not been updated since you were signed out after they changed the pssword
Its basically a shell if you think about it, and you cant break it without the password to update the info
If thats a good definition
