Xbox Wont take action an my Great report

About a month ago i was playing star wars battlefront 2 when i met this very toxic player. This guy was beefing with me and he messaged me for my address to come and fight me. I have reported this guy alot and xbox wont do anything about it. you would think that someone asking for someones address would get them in trouble but noooo. this just proves how bad xbox moderation is.
