Hello xbox team
I have a problem when i want to resubscribe to my pc game pass by my visa when i click subscribe it said try on later date your account has reached its purchase limit
So.. how can i fix this problem i only purchased 3 times of pc game pass (every subscribe is 1 month)

Btw i tried with 3 visas and same thing happening
So now i want to know this problem can be fixed or i will cant subscribe again ? Please help

That sounds like a problem with your credit card hitting its cap
