When I try to run a game the tv says the controller might not be auto configured.
And when I click switch sources the controller does not work.

Does the controller work on the home screen or can you try the controller on a other device?

Yes. I only have one device, once I select switch sources nothing works
I tried reconnecting controller, getting a new controller.

so that is an other device you can try connecting your controller to your phones bluetooth to test the controller

When I switch sources to Xbox I no longer can use any device to do or select anything

so its saying you may need to disconnect the controller from your TV or other device? then switch sources and reconnect your controller. Thats how i read that.

then i no idea you likely need to reach out to samsung support or look online on there support site maybe? I have a samasung tv but i never tried it with the controller maybe your model isnt supported? I not sure
