#Can’t connect to Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 menu even though my WiFi is perfectly good

Everytime I try to connect to Xbox Live or the internet on the Xbox 360 menu to sign into my account it doesn’t connect I’ve tried hundreds of times and it always says Can’t connect. All I’m trying to do is be able to do is play sonic Unleashed and be able to save my progress I can’t save my progress without MY ACCOUNT AND MY STUPID XBOX SERIES S ISNT ALLOWING ME TO DO SO! Please IM BEGGING SOMEONE TO HELP ME

My issue is that the Xbox 360 menu is failing to connect to Xbox Live even though I am paying for Gamepass Ultimate

I have Contacted Xbox Support multiple times and they don’t seem to have an answer for my problem I have also Factory Reseted my Xbox Series S twice deleted my Xbox 360 data on the Xbox Series S and off software as well and still hasn’t work with getting my network connection working
