a few days back a transformer near my house exploded due to heavy rain, this caused a power surge around my neighbourhood, at that time my xbox series s was turned on and i had an ethernet cable plugged in, because of this power surge all the lights in my house went off, when it came back my xbox wasnt turning on. Later i found out that the whole motherboard was burnt because of the power surge and i got the whole hardware fixed and got it repaired.
But later when i turned my xbox on it wasnt picking up internet and it kept showing that i had an ethernet cable plugged in while it wasnt even plugged in, i got all the hardware repaired so thats not the issue and i even did a hard reset but when i try to connect it to the internet it wont even show any wireless networks and instead itll keep showing that there is a wired connection even though there is none.
Is there any fix for this?
