#Xbox 1 keeps freezing

One day my war thunder started lagging and freezing along with other games, the games stopped loading and kicked me out after a bit of loading. After reinstalling them they worked fine but lagged terribly. Now the Xbox freezes at the home screen, and install error messages say the code: 0x8007045d
Minecraft worlds won't load either (these games are 300mb worlds)
Methods tried

  • turning off and on agian
  • checking wifi connection
  • deleting and reinstalling games
  • holding power button till it does a hard shut off
  • cleaning xbox of dust with blower
  • resetting the Xbox and logging back in
  • taking out power cord for a few minutes and turning back on.
    Games: Warthunder,minecraft,state of decay 2,roblox,fallout 76,fallout shelter.
