I'm trying to download a game called Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege but when I try to download, it's just a gray button with no install button.

Windows 11.
Re-installed ubisoft connect to the latest version.

I tried restarting and re-downloading but that didn't work.

It is. But you have to first link your Xbox account to Ubisoft Connect.
