#cd games arent working

I have 2 xbox ones but both of them arent reading my games. The games arent popping up at the home menu (i dont have the games installed) and when i search for the game in the store it says i have to buy it

If the 2 xbox dont work with any kind of physical media like blueray movies and games. More than likely there is an issue with the disc reader laser

Also try using the xbox mobile app to install the games on ur xbox. And use the disc as a play disc

It was 3 years ago i played a cd game on xbox and i dont know how to install a cd game. I only remember that the game popped up on the home screen and i was able to install it. Maybe i am just too stupid to install it but there ist nothing about the game. I played fifa 19 in 2019 on the same account but even in the „my games“ section there is nothing about the game. I can see the game in acchievements but when i click on it it says i dont own the game and ea sports doesnt let you buy any old fifa game like fifa 18,17…

Make sure to enable remote download on ur consoles. So that when u search up fifa19 on xbox mobile app it will allow u to download the game to ur console

The disc readers screwed me on 360. My xb1 og was beginning to not work. I then went full digital fall of 2019.
