Hello,
My Xbox network storage has been perpetually near full despite having zero visible game clips or screenshots currently uploaded to the service. When I access the Capture app on Xbox, the upper-right corner of the UI displays that I have used 99% of my total Xbox network storage capacity. The traditional solution to this issue, if no unusual conditions existed, would be to clear unnecessary game captures to free up storage space - but that's the problem... I have nothing to delete.
This issue has rendered me unable to upload any game captures to the Xbox network and also unable to use the in-game voice reporting feature, as uploading those voice clips takes up that server space.
My Xbox network storage is being filled up by many, many voice capture reports that I have forwarded to Xbox Safety well over 90 days ago, and I cannot see these clips nor delete them to clear up my storage space on the Xbox network. These reported voice captures remain perpetually taking up space on my Xbox network storage far after the date of those reports being decided by Xbox Safety as actionable/unactionable. In case the information that follows might be useful, I have filed both actionable and unactionable voice capture reports.
Through the months that I have dealt with this issue which started in September, I have periodically forwarded details through the 'Report a Problem' feature but no resolution has come as of now, which is precisely why I'm mentioning the issue here. I have attempted troubleshooting by looking extensively through internet forums such as Reddit, applicable links in the Self Help portal in the official community support channel, and through relevant articles on the Xbox Support website; but I have not seen this particular issue pop up anywhere, hence this issue seems unique and hindering enough to warrant this post. This issue occurs server-side, so it persists regardless of which console I log in with or firmware version I use.
To the extent that members are able to provide support, thank you in advance.
