when I put the transmitter in the xbox and turn on the headphones I don't hear anything

you not really given anything to go off there could be many reasons why your not hearing anything. What turtle beech headset do you have? Has the headset worked for you before or is it your first time setting it up?

its the first time i set it up, it's the model 600G2X USB

when i put the transmitter on the mac to see if i had to make any update(it say on instructions before you connect them to xbox)and the mac read it . and when i spoked in to the mic i heard myself . even the connection went like it has to be but they don't work correctly (i maked sure that the volume was high)
